KENNEITHIA MITCHELL

Lauded by The San Francisco Classical voice, “There is something in Kenneithia Mitchell's voice that goes straight to the heart. With a singularly mellow voice, effortless, brilliant phrasing, she disappears in the role, serves the music and drama, no ego showing or heard in the voice — a true artist, not a star-wannabe.” Ms. Mitchell has traveled the world singing the roles of Liu in Turandot, Violetta in La Traviata, the title role of Madame Butterfly, The Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute, Gilda in Rigoletto, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, to name a few, in over 100 performances across six different countries. State side Ms. Mitchell has sung with Baltimore Opera, Virginia Opera, Connecticut Opera, Opera Burlington, Seattle Opera, Houston Ebony Opera, Delaware Opera, Central City Opera, Atlantic Opera USA, and West Bay Opera.
