Opera Orlando’s Opera on the MainStage series celebrates its fifth anniversary at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts with Die Fledermaus, Hansel & Gretel, and Carmen. Enjoy original productions featuring outstanding voices, stunning visuals, and musicians from the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.

Opera Orlando concluded its MainStage series back in the Walt Disney Theater, where Opera Orlando will present Georges Bizet’s fiery masterwork Carmen.
Conductor Kelly Kuo and stage director Sara E. Widzer make their Opera Orlando debut with this original production, set in the politically tumultuous and culturally provocative arena of 1960s Haiti. Also making their Opera Orlando debuts for this production are mezzo-soprano Briana Hunter in the title role joined by tenor Noah Stewart as Don José.
