Summer Opera Institute

June 16-25, 2017

University of Central Florida and Opera Orlando co-sponsor this intensive, ten-day program for high school and college-aged singers interested in exploring classical vocal music and developing their singing/acting skills. The program is ideal for singers interested in pursuing a music education or performance career. Activities include voice lessons, coaching on solos and duets, master classes, stage movement classes, diction classes, audition preparation, and a final concert on June 25th.

Registration Tuition:
$550 by June 1, 2017

Housing Cost: Housing is available for all 10 days with linens included for $400.

Enrollment is limited so early registration is encouraged. $50.00 deposit required at time of application to reserve a place in the program

Partial scholarships may be available based on family financial need and artistic potential
