An Opera Orlando Season Sponsor will benefit from exclusive opportunities that reinforce the sponsor’s brand with a highly desirable segment of the Central Florida community. An Opera Orlando Sponsor will be credited as such anytime that is appropriate based upon the level of sponsorship. The exact appearance and billing will be as outlined by the sponsor and the agreement.
Visibility opportunities include program book ads, logo credit on outdoor advertising, venue signage, other marketing materials (where applicable), and public recognition at a variety of events and performances. An Opera Orlando Sponsor will enjoy unparalleled entertainment opportunities through VIP opera tickets, VIP treatment at events, complimentary memberships, and elite networking opportunities. Opera Orlando’s sponsorship benefits and incentives are designed to help sponsors achieve marketing goals and are outlined below.
An Opera Orlando Sponsor will receive exclusive advertising benefits and visibility on OperaOrlando.org. Sponsors will be featured in the various ways on the website page and will be listed in the “Corporate Giving” section of the website, and receive prime exposure on Opera Orlando’s homepage/season page. Opera Orlando will provide a direct link to the sponsor’s website wherever logo is used on site.
Opera Orlando Social Media: Opera Orlando will promote sponsors with a continuing presence on the platforms of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The Opera Orlando staff social media developer will schedule a one-on-one meeting with a the sponsor’s marketing representative to help promote upcoming events as well as help establish on-going social media presence and content. Key content will include “Specific Sponsor Spotlight” posts, season announcement posts with season sponsor featured, etc.
Direct Marketing and Visibility
During the term of the sponsorship, the logo will appear on all signs and banners associated with Opera Orlando including community outreach initiatives banners and signs
Opera Orlando Sponsors will receive various size advertisements depending on the level of sponsorship for main stage productions.
Opera Orlando will give public recognition at the largest events and performances throughout the season for Platinum and Gold Sponsors.
Posters and Brochures
Opera Orlando Sponsors will appear on printed marketing materials such as brochures, posters and flyers.
Opera Orlando will provide operatic entertainment services for events depending on the level of sponsorship during the 18/19 season. This may include such events as new car rollouts, television commercials, radio spots, luncheons, dinners, cocktail parties, and other such events.
Opera Orlando will do everything in its power to ensure direct visibility for sponsors at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando.
Opera Orlando Sponsors will receive complimentary tickets to the Opera Orlando season based upon level of sponsorship. These tickets can be used as employee incentives for potential clients or for personal use.
Opera Orlando Sponsors will receive the benefits of being an Opera Orlando Ambassador which include early access to tickets, discounts on select events, an official Opera Orlando name tag and an Opera Orlando T-shirt.
Opera Orlando Sponsors will receive exclusive invitations to Opera Orlando luncheons, galas, VIP after parties, and fundraising events.

The Marriage of Figaro - November 1-5, 2019 at Dr. Phillips Center
Amahl and the Night Visitors - November 23 - December 13, 2019 at multiple venues
All is Calm - December 20-22, 2019 at Dr. Phillips Center
Puccini’s The Girl of the Golden West* - February 7 & 9, 2020 at Church Street Station
The Daughter of the Regiment - March 27-31, 2020 at Dr. Phillips Center

The season will also feature the Opera Orlando Chorus and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
Opera Orlando productions include full costumes, wigs, set, hair and make-up, lights, orchestra, Chorus, dancers, etc. with three to five performances at the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

Level 1: Conductor's Circle Platinum Sponsor. ($10,000)
A Platinum Sponsor will be featured in all media efforts such as season banner, advertisements and ‘Thank You’ message, business name/logo will appear in all press releases to media, business name/logo featured on all print materials including a full page ad in program for all 19/20 season productions, promotional brochures, posters, email marketing, website, and social media as well as public recognition during events. A Platinum Sponsor will also receive two tickets to each production and honorary membership into Opera Orlando Ambassadors.
Level 2: Director's Circle Gold Sponsor. ($7,500)
A Gold Sponsor will be featured in a large capacity, name/logo will appear on season banner, business name included in all press releases to media, business name/logo featured on all print materials including a half page ad in program for all 19/20 season productions, brochures, posters, website and social media. A Gold Sponsor will also receive two tickets to two Opera Orlando productions and honorary membership into Opera Orlando Ambassadors.
Level 3: Artists Circle Silver Sponsor. ($5,000)
A Silver Sponsor will be featured and visible in media efforts. The business name/logo will appear on season banner and on company website. Sponsor receives a quarter page ad in program for all 19/20 season productions. Business name/logo featured on company’s season page and social media. A Silver Sponsor will also receive two tickets to a production of the sponsor’s choosing and honorary membership into Opera Orlando Ambassadors.
